The Opulence Earrings bring together many of the details I’m drawn to- beautiful stones, layered metal, texture, and just enough unexpected sparkle.
At the center are rose-cut, pear-shaped gemstones, each set by hand in sterling silver or 14k gold. I built layers of textured silver around the stones, allowing the shape of one layer to echo the next. Two petite moissanite stones add points of light, one tucked into the ear wire above the stone and another set below.
Even the backs are textured, a detail that may not be obvious when they're being worn but is important to me. I like knowing the craftsmanship continues all the way around the piece.
There’s more detail here than in many of my designs, but that’s exactly what I love about them. The Opulence Earrings feel substantial and expressive without losing the sense of balance that holds everything together.
