I believe your experience should be just as exceptional as the jewelry itself. Every piece is handcrafted in my Massachusetts studio and thoughtfully prepared for its journey with the same attention to detail that goes into creating it.

Shipping
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. If your order will take longer to ship, I'll contact you with an estimated timeline.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with a flat rate of $10 and include:

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
International Shipping
I currently ship to select international destinations with a flat rate of $35.
International orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, and are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Packaging, Tracking & Insurance
Every order is carefully packaged by hand and shipped with tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
While shipping delays or carrier issues are rare, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll work with you to resolve the situation and help ensure the best possible outcome.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me.
My goal is for you to love your jewelry for years to come. If something isn't quite right, please reach out. I'll always do my best to make it right.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition and returned in the original packaging.
Custom, personalized, and special-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
2026 Holiday Return Policy
Starting November 1st 2026, all items purchased will have an extended return policy until January 31st 2027.
Gift Orders
Every piece of KFinn Designs jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
Jewelry makes a meaningful gift, and I understand that choosing the perfect size or style for someone else isn't always easy.
If your gift isn't quite the right fit, please don't worry. I'll be happy to work with the recipient to find the best solution and make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible.
